Apple Tree Farm hosts several 2-phase competitions throughout the season. The emphasis being to provide a relaxed and fun environment that promotes improved skills. The shows are run at Michael Wesson's farm in Hollis, NH where the footing is amazing and he has a professional show jumping course. Courses are designed to be educational with enough challenge to prepare riders for upcoming area events at all levels. The dressage ring also has the same great footing and we provide good judges that give lots of helpful feedback. Extra dressage tests and jumping rounds are also available.
The attire is neat casual (no jackets required) and braiding is not necessary unless you want to practice. You may sign up for extra dressage tests or jumping rounds.
Parking is limited so carpooling trailers is encouraged. We do provide valet type trailer parking so there is no concern about getting in or out of the parking area. Please bring your own water for your horse and clean up after yourself in the parking area. There are drinks available on grounds but bring your own lunch.
Times will be posted on our website at www.appletreefarm.org There is a $10 discount for entries received before the closing date (5 days preceding show date).
Directions:
From the Everett Turnpike in Nashua take exit 6 toward Hollis. Follow several miles into Hollis. Once in Hollis go approximately 2 miles and turn left on Wright Road. 4th house on left. #20.
