Cancellation Policy (1/02) - Cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice, with a few exceptions, on occasion, for illness. Cancellations are being made as late as 30 minutes before the lesson. This makes it impossible to either consolidate lessons or put someone else in for a makeup.

Please cancel 24 hours in advance or by 9:00 a.m. if sick. Cancellations after 9:00 a.m. for afternoon lessons will be charged. I will be strictly enforcing this rule. If you need to cancel during the winter months, please leave a message on my pager (603-467-0036) and also on the barn phone (603-465-9592). I will post all of the instructors' home phone numbers and days they will be teaching. You will be able to reach them directly if you need to cancel. It is very important that you reach them as soon as possible so they can adjust their schedules. - Alison
