Alex Conrad 
November 12-13

Starting out our clinic season will be a weekend clinic with Alex Conrad.  Alex is an exciting up and coming upper level rider who just completed his first 3*Long at the Mars Maryland International Event with a top 20 finish!  He will teach flat clinics on Saturday and flat or jumping clinics on Sunday.  Sign up for one or both on our google calendar and entry form.

Horsemanship Clinics: 
CLINICS WITH CAITLIN

Caitlin will be hosting 8 unmounted clinics on Sundays throughout the winter.  Topics include:  lunging, clipping techniques, first aid, trailer safety, bandaging, tack and equipment, equine confirmation, and show prep/advanced grooming.  Clinics are $50/each or a discounted of $350 for all 8.  Dates are found on the clinic entry form.  Please also sign up on this attendance sheet so we can track who is signed up easily.

About our clinicians: 

Jane Hamlin  
Ride for a judge from the 2021 Summer Olympics!  Jane Hamlin is an active event and dressage rider, trainer, and coach based at Pirouette Farm in Norwich, Vermont. Her positive attitude, with an emphasis on teaching good basics, has produced successful riders at the beginner level to the Olympic level. She enjoys teaching both adult amateurs as well as young riders and is a popular clinician teaching at such clinics as the Area 1 Young Rider camp and the USEA Adult Eventing Camp at GMHA.  Jane holds both a USEF Event and Dressage judge's license as well as an FEI International Eventing Judge license.

Alex Conrad 
Alex began his equestrian career working for international event riders Beth Perkins and Ashley MacVaugh in Hamilton, MA. After earning a BA from Boston University, he spent three years gaining invaluable experience riding sales horses, schooling competition horses, starting young horses, conditioning upper level horses and competing while working for Australian eventer Ryan Wood out of Philip Dutton’s True Prospect Farm in Pennsylvania. He started Conrad Equestrian in the spring of 2018 and has developed a core clientele of eventing and dressage focused students and owners. Alex has competed up through the Intermediate Level and FEI 3-Star level.    

Lainey Johnson
Lainey is an FEI dressage and eventing trainer with over 30 years of competitive experience. Her students include juniors, adult amateurs and professionals in both dressage and eventing. Lainey competes and coaches throughout New England and New York, campaigning her own and client's horses. 

Lainey is a USDF "L" graduate with distinction, and a USDF Silver and Bronze Medalist.  Lainey has trained and competed horses and riders through Prix St. Georges and Intermediate Level Eventing

Jennifer Ravilico
Jennifer has competed up to Advanced Level eventing and was selected for the 1997 USET Winter Training Sessions with Capt. Mark Phillips. She employs positive training methods to successfully take green horses to preliminary and beyond.   Jennifer's jumping clinics are well organized and structured to allow the rider to increase in confidence as the lesson progresses.  She is very experienced in teaching lessons for beginners to advanced level riders.
